Aspen returned to WCFC in order to defeat Leslie Rodriguez through a unanimous decision. Aspen was first beaten by Silvia Babyghian before going on to fight Maddy Simmons at WCFC 9, where she faced Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia dominated Aspen to defeat her in a unanimous decision, putting an ominous mark on her records as an amateur.
